Finding Maturing Loans
Use the filters on the Transactions page to identify loans nearing maturity.
The Transactions page lets you identify loans nearing maturity that fit your credit box. Use the sidebar filters to filter national mortgages and find opportunities.
Maturity Date Filter
To find loans that mature in the next 6 months, select the maturity filter and click the "Next 6 months" preset.
For the best opportunities, focus on loans maturing at least one month from now. Loans maturing rapidly are often already paid off or refinanced — lenders can delay satisfaction recordings for several months.
Loan Term Filter
If you are looking to refinance loans from a specific loan term (e.g. 9 months or 5 years), add the loan term filter.
Try adding 1 month of padding, as loan terms are not always perfectly aligned. For example, when looking for 12-month loans:
Payoff Status Filter
Filter out loans that were already refinanced or paid off using the Payoff filter.
Preset Filter View
There is a preset view that can be selected in the "View" dropdown in the sidebar. This filter can be used as a starting point and then modified to suit your needs.
