What Are Contact Unlocks?
Contact unlocks are used to reveal contact information on Elementix.

How Contact Unlocks Work
Monthly Allowance
Your plan includes a set number of contact unlocks each month. Contact unlocks do not roll over — unused contact unlocks expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Shared Across Your Organization
All team members draw from the same contact unlock pool. Everyone in your organization uses the shared monthly allowance. Unlocked contacts are also shared across the organization.
One-Time Unlock
Once you unlock a contact, they are unlocked permanently across your entire organization. You will never be charged another contact unlock for that person, even if:
- Their contact information gets updated or improved.
- They appear in different searches.
- They show up as an associated contact to another entity or mortgage.
This means no double-billing — once a contact is unlocked, the organization always has access to the latest available data for that contact in any context.
Unlocking Contacts
On the People page, open a person's record and click the Get Contact Info button. This takes about a minute to process. Once complete, their contact details are permanently unlocked across all searches and records.

Monthly Allowance and Usage
Organization admins can set limits on contact unlocks across the entire organization and per user. To prevent any overage, just set the limit to the included number of contact unlocks in your plan.
